Terms of Service
(Institutional drafting – Digital Subscription – GDPR Compliance)
1. Scope, contractual arrangements and contact information
These General Terms of Service ("GTS") govern access to and use of the paid services offered by MSELUAD VENTURES LTD (the "Company") via the reduc77.com website (the "Site"), as well as the subscription to and execution of any personal subscription (the "Subscription").
The rules applicable to the use of the Site and its free features are set out in the General Terms of Use. Sales of physical products are governed by the General Terms of Sale.

Evolution of the GTS
The Company may update the GTS. Any modification will be notified to the Subscriber one (1) month before it comes into effect.
Subscribers who do not accept the new version may terminate their Subscription within one (1) month of notification, in accordance with the terms herein.
2. Operational Definitions
For the purposes of the GTS, the terms below have the following meaning:

Subscriber: a natural person aged at least 18 years old subscribing to a Subscription for personal use.

Subscription: a contract granting the right to receive monthly digital content and access to Specific Services, under the conditions provided.

Account: the Subscriber's personal space, accessible via username and password, essential for accessing Specific Services.

Personal Data: information relating to the Subscriber processed by the Company in accordance with privacy policies.

Specific Services: benefits and features reserved for Subscribers, accessible from the Account (see article 3).

Site: online platform accessible at reduc77.com.

3. Description of the Subscription and Specific Services
During the Subscription's validity period, the Subscriber benefits from unlimited access to Specific Services, subject to:

the creation of an Account,
-
and payment of the applicable price.
Specific Services are accessible only via the Subscriber's Account. They notably include:

access to an enriched and regularly updated digital content catalog;
-
member-exclusive benefits, including 50% discounts on products, unlimited free delivery, and an additional 1-year warranty, bringing the total warranty on products to 3 years.
Details of the Specific Services and current benefits are available in the Subscriber's personal space.
4. Subscription Terms and Contract Formation
4.1 Account Creation and Uniqueness
Subscription requires the creation of an Account using accurate and up-to-date information.
Strictly one (1) Account per person is allowed.
4.2 Subscription Process
Subscription is done via the Account by following the usual order steps, including:

express acceptance of the GTS (checkbox),
-
payment by credit card.
The contract is deemed concluded and the Subscription activated upon confirmation of the transaction.
4.3 Confirmation
A subscription confirmation is sent to the Subscriber by email.
5. Duration – Renewal – Termination by the Subscriber
5.1 Subscription Period
The Subscription is concluded for a period of thirty (30) days and renews automatically each month.
5.2 Termination (monthly due date)
To terminate the Subscription for the current month, the termination request must reach the Company no later than the 15th of the month.

6. Suspension / Early Termination and Account Deactivation
The Company reserves the right to suspend access to Specific Services, deactivate the Account and/or terminate the Subscription without prior notice and without compensation, particularly in cases of:

breach of the GTS;

payment incident or default;
-
attempted fraud or manifestly abusive behavior.
7. Financial Conditions – Payment – Price Review
7.1 Price
The Subscription price is displayed on the Site and is set at €37.50 including tax.
Payment is required exclusively by credit card.
7.2 Trial Period
After a five (5) day trial period, the Subscription amount is debited monthly.
The Subscriber is debited each month according to the amount in effect at the time of subscription (subject to any price changes notified in the forms below).
7.3 Price Change
The Company may adjust the Subscription price. Any price change will be notified two (2) months before its application.
8. Provision of Specific Services
Subject to full payment, Specific Services are accessible immediately from the Subscriber's Account.
9. Right of Withdrawal (digital services)
In accordance with applicable consumer rules, the Subscriber generally has a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw.
However, when the performance of the service has begun with the Subscriber's prior agreement, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

10. Personal Data – GDPR Requirements
Data processing related to the subscription and execution of the Subscription (Account creation and management, payment, access management, support, fraud prevention) is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and the Company's privacy policies.
As such, the Company notably applies principles of:

minimisation (strictly useful data collection),
-
security (appropriate technical and organisational measures),
-
confidentiality and access control,
-
transparency on purposes.
The Subscriber may exercise the rights provided by the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, opposition where applicable) according to the procedures indicated in the privacy policies.

12. General Provisions
12.1 Proof and Communications
Unless otherwise stipulated, exchanges and notifications are primarily made by electronic mail. Information communicated by email is authentic.
12.2 Partial Nullity
If a provision of the GTS were to be declared unenforceable or void, the other provisions would retain their full effect.
13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The GTS are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will prioritize an amicable resolution before any legal procedure. Failing agreement, the Subscriber may resort to mediation or refer the matter to the competent courts.
APPENDIX 1 — REMINDER OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Subscriber may, under the conditions provided in article 9, exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days following subscription, by sending their request:
