ARTICLE 1 – SELLER IDENTIFICATION AND PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Conditions") govern all sales of tangible goods made via the website reduc77.com.

Sales are exclusively concluded with private consumers located in:

  • France (Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco)

  • Belgium

  • Switzerland

  • Luxembourg

  • United Kingdom

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

Any order validated on the Site implies the Client's full and complete adherence to these Conditions.

The Client acknowledges having read the Conditions prior to the final confirmation of their order.

No contrary provision may prevail without the express written acceptance of the Seller.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

The products offered are exclusively physical goods available for online sale.

Each product is subject to:

  • a detailed description;

  • essential technical characteristics;

  • a clear price indication.

Visuals and descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may show minor variations not affecting the substantial qualities of the product.

Availability

Offers are valid within the limits of available stock.
In the event of unavailability after the order, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and may:

  • obtain cancellation of the order;

  • or request a modification if an alternative is offered.

ARTICLE 4 – CONTRACTUAL PROCESS AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

4.1 Contract formation

The order is placed according to the following process:

  1. Product selection;

  2. Addition to cart;

  3. Consultation of the detailed summary (products, price, costs);

  4. Final validation.

The order confirmation formalizes the conclusion of the sales contract.

4.2 Automatic account creation

A Customer account is generated during the first order.
The data necessary for its creation is processed in accordance with the regulations in force concerning data protection (GDPR).

ARTICLE 5 – PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Payment methods

Purchases are paid exclusively online by:

  • bank card (Visa, MasterCard)

  • or any other method offered at the time of payment.

5.2 Due date

The debit occurs immediately upon order validation.

The Client guarantees:

  • to be authorized to use the chosen payment method;

  • to have the necessary funds.

5.3 Transaction security

Payments are processed via a secure system using encryption protocols compliant with current standards.

The Company does not store full banking data.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

6.1 Geographical area

Deliveries are made exclusively to:

  • France (Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco)

  • Belgium

  • Switzerland

  • Luxembourg

  • United Kingdom

6.2 Deadlines

The indicative delivery time is between four (4) and seven (7) working days from the order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

6.3 Price

Delivery is charged for all orders. The price is €7.40 per order.

Customers subscribed to the "Gift Box" benefit from unlimited free delivery on all orders.

6.4 Delivery address

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Client.

Any input error is the sole responsibility of the Client.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Principle

In accordance with applicable European legislation, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

7.2 Exercise

Withdrawal must be notified:

  • by email;

  • or via the dedicated form accessible on the Site.

An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent without delay.

7.3 Return of products

Products must be returned:

  • in their original condition;

  • complete;

  • unused;

  • within fourteen (14) days following notification.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the Client, except in the event of an error attributable to the Seller or a defective product, in which case the return is covered by the Company.

7.4 Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from:

  • either the actual receipt of the returned product;

  • or the transmission of proof of shipment.

It includes the initial delivery costs.

ARTICLE 8 – RETURNS OTHER THAN WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGES

In the event of a defective product or delivery error, a return may be requested within thirty (30) days following receipt.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • products damaged by the Client;

  • personalized products;

  • except in the event of a hidden defect.

ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL GUARANTEES

9.1 Legal guarantee of conformity

In accordance with articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code, the Client benefits from a guarantee of conformity of two (2) years from the delivery of the goods.

In the event of a defect, they may demand repair or replacement, subject to legal conditions.

9.2 Guarantee against hidden defects

Pursuant to articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, the Client has a period of two (2) years from the discovery of the defect to act.

They may request:

  • the cancellation of the sale;

  • or a reduction in price.

9.3 Commercial guarantee (if applicable)

An additional contractual guarantee may be offered to members of the Site.
Its specific terms are detailed in the General Terms of Service.

It does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse;

  • an accident;

  • negligence.

In total, the Client thus benefits from a guarantee that can extend up to three (3) years, depending on the guarantees applicable to the product.

ARTICLE 10 – WITHDRAWAL FORM TEMPLATE

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA (GDPR COMPLIANCE)

Data collected in connection with sales is processed:

  • for contract execution;

  • for payment management;

  • for compliance with legal accounting obligations;

  • for fraud prevention.

These processing operations are carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The Client notably has the following rights:

  • access;

  • rectification;

  • erasure;

  • restriction;

  • data portability;

  • objection where applicable.

ARTICLE 12 – COMPLAINTS, MEDIATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

12.2 Mediation

In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in the absence of a resolution within two (2) months, the Client may free of charge refer the matter to a consumer mediator.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Failing an amicable settlement, the British courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW

These Conditions are governed by British law.
